Dr. Mark's
Counselling Center

Dr. Mark T. Fielding, Pastor, Biblical Counsellor, offers sound biblical encouragement without demand or expectation of any individual to substitute medical or emotional treatment that they are presently receiving.  He encourages all hurting people to immediately reach out to a Pastor or Biblical Counsellor in their home area just as soon as possible.  Pastor Mark believes that a life without a daily relationship with the LORD JESUS CHRIST is a troubled life with many unanswered questions, and very few answers that equip people to successfully deal with the traumas of life.

Your Choice ?

Suicide isn't an option.

Suicide isn't a choice.

Suicide is just something that happens when options and choices seem to have run out.
People faced with suicide don't actually want to die, they just want to end whatever dark, deep turmoil it is that is devastating their souls at that instant in time.

We've heard it said many times that suicide is the  'easy way out'  or the  'cowards way out'   but to the victim it's the  'only'  way out. No more options, no more choices but the only way.

Whatever it is that may be causing your stress or depression right now has many solutions. Solutions that you may never have thought of alone....the answer then? -- Don't be alone. This doesn't mean that you must stay in the company of other people. It does mean that you must take someone into your confidence.....So here you are and no longer alone.

At this very moment the urge to take your own life may (for now) have passed (it's always there for later should you need it. Right?). This is because 'that moment', the very instant of desperation that compels you commit yourself to suicide, is in fact a very short lived commitment and given the chance will pass. Sadly after a successful suicide that moment of desperation will not pass but will exist for all eternity.
